Imperial German Saxon Pickelhaube Star Wappen Badge

Got this old German helmet plate, looks like it's from a Saxon Pickelhaube. It's got that classic sunburst star shape with the crowned coat of arms in the middle. Definitely has some age to it with a bit of surface wear and patina, but that just adds to the history. Cool piece for anyone into military history or old world collectibles. Not sure of the exact year but it's definitely an authentic style piece.
